The National Skills Contest is an annual event held by Toyota Iraq among all its dealers, a friendly competition with the collective aim to serve our clients better and uphold our shared values of excellence. For its 6th year in Erbil, the event encompassed several key departments, including Parts, Service Advisory, Customer Relations, Sales Consultancy, Express Service, and the General category for Toyota and Hino.

The core objective of this competition is to enhance the comprehensive technical and professional skills of Toyota representatives and front-line workers and is an integral part of Toyota Iraq's broader strategy to elevate the skills and development of our employees within Iraq. It forms a crucial element of our institutional efforts aimed at personal development and skill enhancement. These efforts contribute significantly to the realization of our company's vision. Which is centered around spreading happiness and deriving joy from delivering high-quality products, which, in turn, play a pivotal role in fostering growth within the automotive sector in Iraq.

The champions of the Toyota Iraq National Skills Contest will earn the prestigious title of members in the Toyota International Customer Service Champions Association. Furthermore, their names will be prominently displayed at Toyota Motors Corporation in Japan, alongside champions from all corners of the globe.

As for the Hino National Champions, they will have the opportunity to participate in the Hino 3S Regional Skills Competition in the Middle East to compete with other neighboring countries. Toyota Middle East will reward the winners of the regional competition in various fields.
