On December 14, 2024, Toyota Iraq dealers gathered at the Rotana Hotel in Erbil to attend the annual Kaizen Marathon, a key event celebrating achievements and applying the philosophy of continuous improvement, which is the cornerstone of Toyota's success. This event saw the participation of Toyota Iraq dealers, including SAS Trading and Vehicle Services Ltd., Cihan Motors, Al-Baaj, and Emlaq Al-Ahmar, who passionately competed in sales and after-sales services by presenting innovative projects that embody the essence of the "Kaizen" philosophy—continuous improvement towards excellence.
Each team presented a unique project that was carefully evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges, consisting of four directors from Toyota Iraq. After thorough discussions and comprehensive evaluations, three winning teams were selected from each category, making a total of six winning teams across three award categories. The team demonstrating exceptional excellence was awarded the Gold Award for first place, while the Silver Award went to second place, and the Bronze Award to third place.
During the event, Cihan Motors achieved a remarkable accomplishment by winning first place in the Sales category, affirming its leadership in providing innovative solutions that meet customer aspirations.
At the same time, SAS demonstrated its great competence by securing first place in the Aftersales Services category, reflecting its commitment to offering top-tier services that align with Toyota's global vision.
