Purpose of Job

Collect and analyze data from marketing efforts and customer interactions to develop actionable insights that enhance strategies and customer experience. Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, collaborate with teams to optimize marketing efforts, and present findings to senior management. Additionally, maintain data accuracy, forecast marketing ROI, and stay updated on trends in data analytics and marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from marketing campaigns and customer interactions.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and customer experience.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer experience teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop models to forecast marketing ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide insights on customer segmentation and targeting for campaigns.
  • Present data findings to senior management, making clear recommendations for action.
  • Maintain and update data collection systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay informed of trends in data analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Assist in implementing data-driven solutions to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Work with external data sources and partners to enhance the breadth of insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing or customer experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record in providing data-driven insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Qlik.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and customer segmentation.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting data findings.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data platforms.

Job Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  • 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • 2 years of GCC experience is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
